Hastings Prince Edward Rgt., F/O WAG RCAF (194 Sqn. RAF) Burma Star. Lions Life Member and Regional Chairman. Volunteer Community Care, Meals on Wheels. Church Warden St. Stephen""?s Chandos, St. George""?s Apsley, St. Mark""?s Oshawa. GMC retiree. Predeceased by wife June (1998), missed by companion Viola. Memory cherished by children Ellen Bedford (Bob), Mark (Susan), Drew (Cheryl), Laura Nelson (John); grandchildren Jason (Leanna), Karen (David), Paul, Joel, Ben (Kelly), Kate (Chansa), Andrew, Beth; great-grandchildren Dylan , Owen, Abby, Ryland, Kaylah, Padrick, Imaani. A funeral service will be held at St. George""?s Anglican Church, Apsley, on Thursday May 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment St. George""?s Cemetery.
