JOY, James Gordon (Retired Squadron Leader R.C.A.F., former Reeve of Smith Township) Passed away at the P.R.H.C., Palliative Care on Saturday, July 9, 2011. Gordon Joy of Lakefield in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Darke). Dear father of Debra Ann Ney (Bruce) of Edmonton, William Richard (Sandra) of Whitby and Christopher James (Linda) of Barrie. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Gregory, Alycia, Andrea, Alexander, Travis, Jesse and Georgia and brother-in-law Ross Darke (Judy). Predeceased by his brother William Joy and his parents Aynsley & Margaret (Berans) Joy. Private family arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL.
