Obituary of Helen Scott

Scott, Helen Worthington 1920 - 2011 With her customary dignity and grace, Helen passed quietly away from the family she loved so dearly, her beloved husband Stuart, children Martha (Richard Whatley), Deborah (Franz Klingender), and Richard (Renee Scott). Her adoring grandchildren Ben, Ian, Graeme, Margot, and Julia will always remember ""Nandi""?s"" lazy daisy cake, her formidable ping pong games, and that famous Helen Scott smile. Following her graduation from Trinity College at the University of Toronto, Stuart and Helen shared life together in many parts of the world, including the Canadian wilderness, Brazil, the Philippines, and Nepal. Their century home near Lakefield, Ontario was nearest and dearest to Helen""?s heart. Helen""?s kindness, understanding, strength, and her passion for words and music will continue to teach and inspire us. She herself was a reflection of the beauty she loved so deeply. Our heartfelt thanks to the staff at St. Joseph""?s at Fleming for their caring and loving support of Helen over the past three years.
