Dear Pauline and family. I am very saddened to hear of the passing of your very dear Mother/Grandmother Maureen. I worked for many years with Maureen at the Scarborough Board of Education. Always helpful, always knowledgeable and, above all, always human with a wonderful sense of humour, Maureen appeared to do her job effortlessly. Maureen also worked very closely with my Mother and Father-in-law, Myrtle and Harold Booth as they were employees in the Purchasing Dept. and the Caretaking Dept. I know they were the recipients of much help and support from Maureen over the years. Although you have lost Maureen and will miss her terribly, I am certain that she has left you with an indelible mark of her love and commitment. Blessings be with you all at this time and in the future. My sincere condolences.

To Maureen's family, Maureen was a wonderful friend and a colleague. She was one of the supportive women that I worked with in the Scarborough Board. I know that Maureen was a great mentor and supporter of many women but I personally appreciated the support and friendship we enjoyed over coffee at the board office and many dinners that a group of us shared over the years ... even after retirememt. I will truly miss her company.

Dear Pauline, While I did not know your mother well, I was certainly well aware of the very high regard in which she was held by her friends and colleagues. I vividly remember and respected your father while we were at Diefenbaker P.S. Please accept my sincerest condolences at this time. I remember you well and the wonderful leadership you provided in so many ways at Buchan Sr.

Pauline, Glenn & Family, our deepest condolences in the passing of your Mom. I know everyone was asking about her the night of the Christmas party, but God forbid, who would have thought she would be gone a few days later. We didn't know her well, just a few times meeting at the office, but I know how close you guys were, Pauline, and I know you will miss her. There is a special bond between a Mother and daughter, that you believe will remain forever, and it will through your closeness and memories. We are thinking of you at this difficult time. Judy & Charlie, & Greg & Jenn.

We will always remember Maureen with fondness - the visits to her Sarasota Condo, lunches by the water, her closeness with Pauline and Glen and her beautiful new suite at their home in Bobcaygeon. Especially we think with great joy of the fun we had at Oh My Gauze on St Armands Circle in Sarasota. She was a real lady with a zest for life and just one of the girls We loved her. Pat, Cliff Dedi Dave.
