Obituary of Cindy Thomas

THOMAS: “Cindy” (Margaret Lucinda) Margaret Lucinda (Cindy) Thomas in her 64th year, with family by her side, has gone to be with her Lord at PRHC on Friday, November 26, 2010. Daughter of the late Gordon and Lucinda Skinner. Loving wife of Donald Thomas of Bobcaygeon and mother of Sandi Parkinson (Gary Chambers) of Lindsay. Grandmother of Heather, Brittany and Danielle Parkinson. Sister of Brenda Quin (Gary) and the late Gail Schwarz.  Sister-in-law of Joe Schwarz and Alex Thomas. Niece of Edith Nauss and her late husband Cecil Nauss. Aunt of Brian Schwarz, Brandi and Jason Quin and the late Erika Schwarz. Cindy will be dearly missed by many family, friends and Dusty her puppy and Kasper her cat.  The family would like to thank Dr. Forbes, Dr. Gillis-Doyle and the Palliative Care Staff at PRHC.  Family will receive friends at Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen St., Bobcaygeon, (705-738-3222 or 866-393-0063) on Monday, November 29, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service at Bethel Christian Fellowship, 128 Main St., Bobcaygeon on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 10 a.m.  Interment Thornton Cemetery, Oshawa.  If desired, remembrances to the Gideon Bible Society would be appreciated by the family.  Messages of condolence and donations may be placed at www.monkfuneralhome.com
