BEYER, Martin J. Sr. (Local Farmer, Retired Employee of G.E. and long time member of the Peterborough & District Farmers Market) Passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday November 16, 2012. Martin Beyer of R.R. 10, Peterborough in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of 70 years to Clara (nee Johnson). Dear father of Pat (Shirley) of Kingston, Bill Beyer (Pauline) of Douro, Linda (Dave Doucette) of Peterborough, Marty Beyer and Jerry Beyer both of Douro, Allan Beyer of Peterborough, Stan Beyer (Ivy) of Cobourg, Sharon (Russ Como) of Etobicoke, Neil Beyer (Debbie) of Lindsay, Gary Beyer of Kitchener, Karen (Barry Finn) of Kingston, Jim Beyer of Peterborough, Ralph Beyer (Tracy) of Peterborough and the late Robert ""Bob"" Beyer (d. 1999). Loving grandfather of 34 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Also remembered by his sister Clara Gardner (late Nelson). Predeceased by his siblings Margaret Jansen, Peter, Elmer, Tom, Gordon, Lenord, Paul, and Delores.
