Obituary of Marie Hunt

HUNT, Anna Marie (nee Fawcett) Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Wednesday, February 6th, 2013. She celebrated her 80th birthday with family in September 2012. Beloved wife of the late Merrell Hunt (1997), sister of Neil Fawcett and the late Dorothy of Michigan, and loving mother of 7 children; Jim Hunt and April; Marilyn McFarlane and Glen; Nancy Brockbank and Rodney; Barry Hunt and Jennifer; Robert Hunt and Lori; Shari Gardener and Darrell; Wayne Hunt and Kelly. She will be missed by her grandchildren: Steven (Shannon), Ferrin, Adelle (Dan), Brad (Stacy), Jason, Bryan, Kyle, Ryan, Shelby, Travis and Dylan; and great-grandchildren: Carter, Ariel, Elyse, Kianna, Sophie and many nieces and nephews. Marie lived in her family home in Buckhorn until admitted to hospital about one week ago. She was sharp, crafty and kind; a member of the Church on the Rock in Burleigh Falls and devoted caregiver for her family, husband and parents, Bill and Mildred Fawcett. A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday February 22, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Visitation two hours prior to the service. Interment Lakehurst Cemetery.
