Obituary of Edith Delahey

Passed away at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday July 27, 2013. Edith Delahey of Peterborough in her 78th year. Loved and missed by her husband of 60 years, Roy Delahey of Peterborough. Also missed by her children Brenda Boekhoudt of Ennismore, Susan Morton (Brad) of Peterborough, Chris Delahey (Trudy) of Peterborough, Brian Delahey (Rose) of Omemee and Heather Jones (Terry) of Omemee. Dear grandmother of Tyler, Aaron, Jeremy, Tanya (Jordon), Craig (Rachel), Steffanie (Andy), Mike, Kevin, Cody (Jen) and Connor. Loving great grandmother of Kyle, Kayla, Tristin, Destiney and Nolan. Survived by her sisters Stella Gillespie (Tom), Carol Delahey (Harvey) and Della Trude (Bob) and her brothers Art (Marj), Bill (Jean), Chuck (Rita) and Don (Louise). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents George and Laura. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Thursday August 1, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday August 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Private family interment, Sandy Lake Cemetery, Lakehurst.
