Joan I am so sorry to hear about this so late. You and Harry gave me the best 4 summers of my working life working at the garage. I will never forget those days - "One Up"!

Alison and Mark,
Ally I was so sorry to hear of your dad passing. I have not lost a parent but can only imagine your pain. Hang onto those precious memories of being his little girl. He was a great dad always supporting you as you grew up. God Bless you and your family as you share in your grief. Sending you lots of hugs

Rest in Peace Harry. I remember when Harry had the Garage beside the dam and there was a huge rock next to the garage that is still there today and Harry would tell us he would roll it down to the lake and give it a good wash and roll it back up the hill. He was a funny man. Dave Kilner- Catchacoma, Ont.

The Greeks never wrote obituaries, they just asked one question about a mans life. "Did he have passion?" Harry was British but he had passion by the bucketful. He was passionate about his family and friends and was passionate about their achievements and would talk about them to anyone who would listen. He was passionate about a good sense of humour and found it to be the best medicine. He was passionate about automobiles, both north American and British. He kept our family cars and trucks running long after their expiry date. I believe that Harry Caunce lived every day of his 90 years and that he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joan and her family at this time.

A proud husband and father who always left you feeling better than he found you. Godspeed, Harry! It was a pleasure to have known you!

A twinkle in his eye and laughter in the air....when Harry was around. He will be remembered for his famous three legged dance for those of us who were lucky enough to see him in action. Harry and Joan were one of the founding members of the Buckhorn Community Centre and enjoyed living in Buckhorn. Both Harry and Joan attended with friends almost every one of the Dinner Theatre performances at the BCC since 1996 when it first started.
Our deepest sympathy Joan and family. Keep the angels smiling Harry...you are a gem. xx
