Obituary of Charles Sharpe

Passed away peacefully at the P.R.H.C. on Saturday August 10, 2013 in his 90th year. Loved and missed by his wife Alice. Also missed by his children Barbara Beacock (the late Bruce), Sheila Winter (Morley), Pauline Wilson (Leigh), Christopher Sharpe (Victoria Phillips), David Sharpe (Melanie), Angela Aide (Kevin) and his step-children Jennifer Flatman (Mark), Peter Dance (Susan) and Robert Dance. Grandfather of 16 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 step great granddaughter. Survived by his brother Michael. Predeceased by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. A funeral service will be held at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Lakefield on Thursday August 15, 2013 at 12:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall of the church. Interment Nestleton Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Kawartha Heritage Conservancy or St. John the Baptist Anglican Church as expressions of sympathy.
