Obituary of Thelma Rumsey

RUMSEY: Thelma "Tamy" Passed away peacefully at the Fairhaven Home, Peterborough on Wednesday December 18, 2013. Thelma Rumsey of Peterborough, formerly of Kawartha Hideaway in her 90th year. Thelma is predeceased by her loving husband Harry, who passed away in 1996. Sadly missed by her children Elaine Littleford (the late Ron), Bruce (Anne), Brad (Ingrid) and Jill Fawcett (Larry). Loving grandma of Doug (Tamara), Evia (Paul), Ashley (Matt), Tammy (Kevin) and Lyle (Kim). Caring G.G. of Jacob, Marcus, Owen, Macy, Tayvis, Kian, Cash, Ella and Bree. Special loving Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Ruth Bowser and her brother Ernie Bowser (Nancy). A funeral service will be held from THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday December 27, 2013 at 12:00 PM. Visitation two hours prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Lakefield or the charity of one's choice as expressions of sympathy.
