COONS: William Carlyle "Bill" (Owner/Operator of Lakefield Auto Wreckers) Passed away peacefully at his home in Lakefield, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday February 26, 2014, in his 72nd year. Loving husband, dad, poppa and best friend to his wife of 45 years, Lynda; his sons Scott (Tara Gabourie), Chris (Michelle Towns), Mike (Angela Dunford) and grandchildren Abby, Gillian, Donovan and Sam. Loved by his sisters Isobel Wilson (Clark), Doris Bedore (Bryce), Dorothy Park (Scott) and by his brother Gordon (Bonnie). Remembered by his mother-in-law Ruth Salter and several special nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Harold & Betty, infant sister Carolyn and father-in-law Vern Warburton. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Sunday March 2, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday March 3, 2014 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the Funeral Home.
