Obituary of Deborah Hilker

HILKER: Debbie M. Passed away suddenly at her home due to heart complications on Wednesday March 5, 2014. Debbie Hilker of Lakefield in her 51st year. Debbie was a longtime dedicated employee for 32 years of the Lakefield IDA Pharmacy. She will be remembered for her love and participation in many sports including floor hockey, baseball, golf and NASCAR. Mom is sadly missed and remembered by her daughters Kendra & Jessica and by their father Kendall. Also sadly missed by her partner and best friend Shawn Crawford. Lovingly remembered by her father Dave Lean. Also remembered by Mel & Lorraine Crawford and Holly Hilker. Debbie will also be missed by many other dear family and friends. Predeceased by her mother Elda Lean and Ken Hilker. A Celebration of Debbie's Life will be held at the Lakefield United Church on Wednesday March 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow at the Hendren Funeral Homes, Lakefield Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to Wilfrid Laurier Athletics - Women's Rugby or the Morton Community Healthcare Centre as expressions of sympathy.
