Obituary of Kenneth Rae

RAE, Kenneth George Passed away at home surrounded by his wife and loving family on Thursday March 20, 2014. Ken Rae of Lakefield, formerly of Scarborough in his 81st year, beloved husband of 58 years to Shirley (Paterson). Cherished father of Laura Barnes (Christopher) of Pickering, Brian Rae (Teenae) and Lisa Bank all of Newmarket, Leah Stephen (Gord) of Keswick and Kevin Rae (Leeann) of Toronto. Grandpa will always be loved and remembered by Richard, David, Stephen and James Barnes, Brianna Rae, Alexie, Alisha, Ryan and Arielle Bank, Jessica and Samantha Stephen, Madison, Ben and Kyle Rae and Lauren Moreau and by his great grandchildren Jade, Emily, Jaxson, Aidan and Andrew. Predeceased by his siblings Kathryn Ling (Steve), Helen Eveleigh (Jerry), William Rae (Anne) and May-Jean Collins (Ross). A celebration of Ken's life will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Tuesday March 25, 2014 at 1:00 PM with visitation to commence two hours prior to the service.
