REYNOLDS-MONAHAN, Madelane Alice
Passed away at Riverview Manor, Peterborough, Ontario on Sunday May 25, 2014. Madelane (nee Riley) formerly of Blainville, Quebec and Sandy Cove Acres (Innisfil) Ontario, in her 99th year, wife of the late Frank Reynolds and Edward Monahan. Madelane is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and is predeceased by her parents Mary Anne (McAvoy) and Walter Riley and by her siblings Viola Lavallee (Ernest), Clifford Riley (Violet), Kenneth Riley (Cecile), Thelma Drury, Norman Riley (Patricia) and Jerry Riley (Terri). Madelane was a proud, intelligent, vibrant woman. She loved golf and played it well, far into her eighties. She loved bridge and mastered the game until her hearing made the bidding a problem. She always had a wide circle of friends who enjoyed her and shared in her adventures. Married to Frank Reynolds who showed her the world, and to Ed Monahan who showed her love. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Manor for the excellent care Madelane received and for always making her feel so special. Cremation has taken place.
