Obituary of John Stamler

STAMLER, John George Passed away peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. John Stamler of Lakefield in his 84th year, beloved husband of 59 years to Hazel (Edwards). Dad will always be loved and remembered by Susan McIntyre (David) of Otonabee Township, Rodger Stamler (Joanne) and Rob Stamler (Debbie) all of Lakefield. Cherished Papa of Jennifer Todd (Gil), Aleisha Boyd (Matt), Julie Gordon, Johnathan, Nathan, Samantha and Amanda Stamler and great papa of Olivia and Dylan Todd and Taylor Gordon. Also remembered by his brothers Steve (Mary), Pete (Joan) and Albert (Judy). Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Tuesday July 1, 2014 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow in the Heritage Room of the funeral home. Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
