Obituary of Joan McHugh

McHUGH, Margaret “Joan” (née Brownlee) February 4, 1937 – May 15, 2012 McHUGH, Delbert “Bert” February 23. 1934 – May 6, 2012 Joan McHugh of Bobcaygeon passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on May 15, 2012 at the age of 75 with family by her side.  Loving sister of Barbara Kelso of Ottawa and sister-in-law of the late Ken Kelso.  Bert McHugh of Bobcaygeon passed away at Pinecrest Nursing Home, Bobcaygeon on May 6th, 2012 at the age of 78 with family by his side.  Loving brother of Oral (Joan) McHugh of Ottawa.  Joan and Bert were happily married for 53 years.  Loving parents of Lynn O’Neal of Nepean and Sheri (Bob) Jackson of Whitby.  Proud grandparents of Jamie (James) Lucas of Montréal, Kelly (Adam) O’Neal of Woodlawn and Matthew Jackson and Brenna Jackson, both of Whitby.  Loving aunt and uncle to several nieces and nephews. Great-grandparents of Audrey Emma Lucas and a half. Mother-in-law and father-in-law of Terry O’Neal. Family and friends will be received at Capital Memorial Gardens, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa on Friday May 18th.  Visitation from 1-2:30 p.m., Services at 2:30 p.m., followed by interment at 3:30 p.m. If desired, memorial donations to Pinecrest Nursing Home, Bobcaygeon, Residents’ Fund would be appreciated.
