Obituary of Rose Ellen Brown

Rose Ellen Brown (née) Killey passed away peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital on Thursday, June 7, 2012, at the age of 80. Rose was a resident of Alpine Village, Bobcaygeon, Ontario and formerly of Pickering. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” Brown for 47 years and partners for 51 years. Mother of Diane Calderon (Brown). Grandmother of Kirsten and Kailum Calderon. Great-grandmother of Jack. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Brown. Cousin of Barb Hartwell.  Aunt of Elinor and Tom, Brenda and Thom, Marilyn and Bob, Brian and Judy, John and Sandy, David and Joanne, Randy and Heather, John and Eleanor and Joanne. Predeceased by her beloved son, Jim; mother and father, Rose and Charles Killey; grandson, Rydan Calderon; sister, Joyce Wannop, brother-in-law Cy and Bill Brown; nephew, Robert and cousin, Syd Hartwell and grandparents, Sarah and Thomas Helliwell. Rose will be missed by many friends, neighbours and family.
