Obituary of Marion Henricks

HENRICKS, Francis Marion (née Blakeley) – Passed away peacefully at Case Manor in Bobcaygeon on Tuesday February 24, 2009 in her 85th year. She is survived by her loving husband Marty Henricks of 21 years. Loving mother-in-law to Leo Slocombe, and family to Marty’s daughters Jo-Anne Thomas and Christine Brandreth. Loving grandmother to Andrea Magoffin and husband Cory, and Alan Slocombe and wife Kathy. Dear great-grandmother to Madison and Rhys. Marion is predeceased by her daughter Linda Slocombe, her first husband Alfred Gillespie, and her brother and sister Fred Blakely and Dorothy Petreman. Fondly remembered by her close friend Agnes McNeill. Special thanks to all the staff and nurses of Case Manor for their support and care over the years. Her family and friends will always remember and cherish the wonderful memories from Catchacoma Lake. Funeral services will be held at Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen St., Bobcaygeon on Sunday March 1, 2009 at 3:00pm. Visitation for family is 1:00-2:00pm and for friends is 2:00-3:00pm.
