Obituary of James Pidgeon

James Pidgeon passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the age of 87.  Beloved husband of the late Madeline Pidgeon and Mary Pidgeon.  Loving father of Jaimee (Robert Slater) Gagne, Bobcaygeon, Caroline (John) McClean, Barrie.  He will be missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  An Open House will be held Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 2-4 pm at 200 East Street, South, Unit #111, Bobcaygeon.  Internment in Verulam Cemetery.   If desired, memorial donations to the Bobcaygeon Food Bank or Royal Canadian Legion Br. 239, Bobcaygeon, would be appreciated.  Arrangements made by Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon (705-738-3222 or 866-393-0063).  Messages of condolence, donations, photos and stories may be shared at www.monkfuneralhome.com
