Passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital on a sunny morning, March 13, 2009, with his loving family by his side. Don was in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Lois for over fifty-two years. Dear father of Jamie of Toronto, Nancy (Mark Badger) of Newmarket, Jillian (Tom Ayres) of Scarborough, Gordon of Toronto and Tricia (Chris Hirstwood) of Bobcaygeon. Beloved grandfather (Poppy) of Chantal, Andrew, Dylan, Mitchell, Maeve, Carson and Caitlin. Big brother of Sandy Clarke of Oshawa.
