Obituary of John Mullan

John Mullan of Fenelon Falls passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the age of 78.  Beloved husband of Rebecca Mullan for 58 years.  Loving father of John Mullan of Edmonton, Alberta, Carol (Rick) French of Lakefield, Brenda (Glenn) Moore of Cameron and Lynn Mullan of Peterborough.  Grandfather of Amanda Moore, David French, Douglas Moore, Daniel French and Derek French.  Brother of Jenny Gardner of Scotland, Willie (Doreen) Mullan of England, Sadie (Martin) Flaherty of Vancouver, Owen (Jean) Mullan of Scotland and the late Betty McLean.  Family and friends will be received at MONK FUNERAL HOME, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon (705-738-3222 or 866-393-0063) on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until Service time in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m.  The family wishes to thank Dr. Cescon and the nursing staff of Palliative Care at Ross Memorial Hospital and as such, those wishing to make a donation in memory of John to make it to the Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit.  Messages of condolence, donations, memories and photos may be shared at www.monkfuneralhome.com
