Obituary of Patrick Hayes

Patrick Joseph Hayes in the loving arms of his family, passed to eternal peace on Monday, December 9, 2013 in Bobcaygeon.  Dearly loved husband of Anne (O'Leary) of 55 years.  Cherished dad of Denine and Bill Cairns, Cara and Tom Jarv.  Loving and much loved grandfather of Tyler, Sarah, Jesse, Allison, Nolan and Colleen.  Pat will be dearly missed by all those that knew his gentle soul and kind heart.  Family in Ireland and England lovingly remember their brother, uncle and friend Paddy.  Although his time at Pinecrest Nursing Home was short the care and compassion was received with heartfelt thanks.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to Downeyville Knights of Columbus Building Fund (Downeyville KofC Building Fund) or the Food Bank of your choice.  To send expressions of sympathy visit www.monkfuneralhome.com.
