Obituary of Dorothy Elizabeth "Betty" Irwin

Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday June 27, 2019. Betty Irwin of Lakefield in her 90th year. Loved and missed by her husband Ben, daughters Nancy Gilvear (Jim) of Selwyn and Sharon Dana (Raymond) of Richmond, Virginia. Grandma is remembered by Brandy, Holly and Delilah, and great grandson Colten. Survived by her sisters Jane Hoggarth (Cliff) and Marie Bongard (the late Bud). Predeceased by her brothers Bill and Bob. Friends and relatives may call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL, 66 Queen St. Lakefield, on Wednesday July 3, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church, Lakefield, on Thursday July 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Interment, Sandy Lake Cemetery, Lakehurst.
