Fran Carroll of Bobcaygeon, formerly of Toronto, passed away at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Beloved wife of Spencer Carroll.  Loving mother of Dave (Natalie) Carroll of Fenelon Falls and Paul (Judy) Carroll of Aurora.
