Obituary of Sally Pearson

Sally Pearson of Bobcaygeon passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the age of 71 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Daughter of the late Gwen and Gerry Pearson of Toronto.  She is survived by her beloved husband Peter Michaluk of Bobcaygeon.  Sister to Robert Pearson (Carol) of Alliston.  Cherished aunt to Janice (Boyd) Taylor of Oakville and their children Joseph, Benjamin and Samantha, Bobby (Michele) Pearson and their children Phillippe, Victor and Ariana and Gary (Neli) Pearson and their daughters Rachel and Emily.  One of Sally’s favourite pastimes was to spend time at the family cottage in Georgian Bay. While living in Bobcaygeon Sally was an active member of the community and enjoyed being a member at the Bobcaygeon Curling Club and burning up the microphone at the Bobcaygeon Legion singing Karaoke.  If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Family and friends will be received at Monk Funeral Home, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon on Sunday, April 27th, 2014 from 2:00pm-3:00pm followed by a memorial service and late lunch from 3:00pm-4:30pm.  Messages of condolence and donations may be added at www.monkfuneralhome.com
