Son of the late Harvey and Muriel McConnell and Doreen McConnell. Beloved husband of Thelma McConnell (née Daly). Loving father of Deborah (Neale) Risebrough of Bobcaygeon, Cathy (Wally) Rice of Kitchener, Robert (Kim) McConnell of Burlington, Kimberley (Tony) Waltmann of Burlington and Robyn (Robert MacDonald) of Burlington. Grandfather of Darby (Joe) Mann, Derek (Rebecca) Risebrough, Todd and Jason Rice, Jarvis and Carley McConnell, Christopher (Jenn) Waltmann, Daniel Waltmann, Iain and Cody MacDonald. Great-grandfather of Sawyer Mann and Milo Waltmann. Brother of the late Robert.
