Bennett, Robert (Bob) Bertram
On June 10, 2022 we sadly lost a wonderful man Robert (Bob) Bennett. Bob will be dearly missed by his wife of 59 years Elizabeth (Betty), daughter Susan (Bruce) his son Dean (Vanessa) and grandchildren Haley (Bryan), Jordan (Hannah), Alyssa (Clayton), Mikayla, Victoria & Nicole. Bob was a great grandfather to five: Oaklynn, Beau, Wylee, Amelia & Payton.
Bob will always be remembered for his animated stories, and his funny rhyming songs he would sing to his grandchildren. Bob retired to Kasshabog Lake after his 38 years with Bell Canada this year being his 70th on the lake. He loved his time there and as a young boy his family spent as much time on Kasshabog as they could. In turn he and his wife raised their two children who now also have the love of the lake in their hearts. Bob enjoyed many adventures on his four-wheeler, often taking Betty out for an after-dinner ride. Snowmobiling was another pleasure Bob enjoyed including the many years of winter cookouts with family and friends. Bob’s legacy of his love of family & the lake will live on through his family who still reside there.
