Passed away at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on March 1, 2023. Cecil Westley Carl of Norwood, in his 85thyear. Loving father of Bill Carl (Laura) of Caledonia, and Maureen Carl (Randall Anderson) of Ajax. Best Gramps ever, to his granddaughters Valerie Carl of Pickering, and Carys Anderson of Ajax. Survived by many nieces and nephews and dearly missed by his beloved niece Julie Zufelt (Bob) and great nieces Sarah, Melissa and Emily of Havelock. Cecil is predeceased by his parents William and Myrtle Carl, and his siblings, Roy Carl, Pearl Hubble, Alma Rossi and Vivian Carl. Friends and family are called to attend a visitation at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES NORWOOD CHAPEL, 36 Queen Street, on Friday March 10, 2023 from 1:00PM-3:00PM.
