ANDREWS JAMES FRIEND (Long time employee of Ontario Hydro, Life member of Belleville Masonic Lodge #283 and R.C.N. Association. Served in the Atlantic and the Pacific) At Palliative Care, Peterborough Regional Health Centre on September 29, 2003, Jim Andrews of RR 3 Lakefield, in his 89th year. Husband of Jean (Orr). Son of the late Friend (Fred) Andrews and Belle Corbett. Father of James F. Andrews of Lakefield, Judith Ann (Duane Akey) of Cannifton and the late Jane Elizabeth Windrem. Grandfather of Michael and Kyla Akey of Cannifton and Andrew Windrem of Unionville. Brother of the late Armstrong Alexander and Hugh John Andrews and cousin of the late Betty Lawler. Also survived by sister-in-law Grace Andrews and cousin Dorothy Blakely of Belleville. Friends may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Wednesday from 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the Hendren Chapel on Thursday, October 2, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Warren Volmer officiating.
