Obituary of ADAM ADRIAN CLARKE HARRIS

HARRIS: Adam Adrian Clarke Suddenly at his home in Peterborough on Monday September 27, 2004, aged 89 years. Adam was a longtime employee of United Co-op for 38 years. Loved and missed by his wife of 64 years, Ruth. Dad will be missed by his daughters Gaye Henry (Paul), Janet Hodapp, Pauline Amodeo (Brian). Grandpa will be remembered by Cindy Jacobs, Jeff Henry, Steve Henry, Joshua and Shelby Amodeo and his 7 great grandchildren. Also missed by his sisters Luella Harrison and Viva Weaver (Jim). Predeceased by his parents, Levi and Elizabeth (Gillespie), brothers Ferden, Vince, Fred and Perc; his sister Leona, and his great granddaughters Meagan and Emma Jacobs. A private family service will be held at the Hendren Funeral Home, Lakefield at a later date. Interment at Lakefield Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario as expressions of sympathy.
