NEW, Lois Vivian Passed away peacefeully at Extendicare, Lakefield, Ontario on Sunday October 10, 2004 in her 99th year. Born in Toronto, daughter of Frederick and Etta Prouting (nee Petheram) and sister to Jack and Roberta Prouting of Bobcaygeon. Beloved wife of the late Clarence New, and loving mother to Donald Albert (Barbara) New of Ennismore, Ontario; the late Joyce Vivian Flanigan of Trenton, Ontario and the late William James New (Judy) of Scarborough, Ontario. Much loved grandmother to Lynn and Richard Dunlop, Sandy Houston, Rick and Lisa Flanigan, Shari and Casey Richardson, Gail Flanigan, Stephen and Belinda New, Susan and Jon Bowmeister, Shannon New, Karen and David Dawson, Paul McLachlin, Laura and Marlon Castro, Michelle and Dean Thomson and Lisa New. Sadly missed by many loving great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A Service of Remembrance will be held at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME. Lakefield, Ontario on Saturday October 30, 2004 at 3:00 PM. A reception will follow at Lakefield United Church.
