JACOBS, DALTON THEODORE (JAKE) (Former Chief of Curve Lake, Machine Shop Foreman at OMC and Veteran of WW II) At Curve Lake Seniors Home on Monday, October 18, 2004, Jake was in his 83rd year. Husband of the late Dorothy (Taylor). Loving father of Jack Whetung (Donna), Mel Jacobs (Beth), Ken Jacobs (Sandie), Arlene Taylor, Lionel Jacobs (Deborah), Kathy Knott, Wilma Jacobs-Taylor (Winston), Leland Jacobs and the late Willard Jacobs. Also survived by 104 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Barbara Haynes, Nolan Jacobs, Leona Taylor (Grant), Ronnie Jacobs (Christine), Carl Sunday (Carol) and the late Nelson Jacobs and Gordie Sunday. Brother-in-law of Inez Knott, Dot Jacobs and Helen Taylor. Friends may call at the Curve Lake Church on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Curve Lake Church on Wednesday, October 20 at 11:00 am. Interment at Curve Lake Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Anne Gowans-Blinn.
