Obituary of John Ronald Ron PHILLIPS

PHILLIPS: J. Ronald ""Kicker"" Passed away at his home in Midland on Tuesday January 4th, 2005. Ron Phillips of Midland in his 67th year. Sadly missed by his wife Bernadette (Hamblin). Dear dad of Mary Defoe of Keswick, Kathy Pozzo (Angelo) of Innisfil, Yvonne Wilford (Jim) of Lakefield, Yvette Wake (John) of Innisfil and Ron Phillips (Kori) of Midland. Grandpa will be missed by Jamie (Joe) Bifolchi, Jason Pozzo (Agnes), Jennifer Clinton (Durval), Chris Wake (Carey), Dale Wake, Terry Defoe, Jimmy 'Buck' Wilford, Ryan Wake, Jessica Wilford, Marena Phillips and Melanie Phillips. Also missed by his great grandchildren, Riley, Dakota, Madison, Tyler, Jamaal and Baby Wake. Remembered by his sisters Doreen Peters and Audrey Abercrombie and his brother Ken. Predeceased by his parents, John and Viola, his step-father Ken and his sister Jackie. Friends and relatives may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield, on Friday January 7th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Hendren Chapel on Saturday January 8th, 2005 at 11:30 AM. Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery - Young's Point. A reception will follow at the Church Hall of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Lakefield. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy.
