Obituary of Carol Ann McCUE

MCCUE, CAROL ANN (nee THOMAS) Of Curve Lake First Nation 1939-2005, was called to be with Christ peacefully on Tuesday March 1st, 2005 at her home. Devoted and loving wife, life long friend and partner for 47 years of Wendell Clayton McCue. Daughter of the late Clarence and Ethel Thomas. Loved more than words could ever say by her children, the late Brent McCue (Lori) of Curve Lake, Wendy (Rick) McDougall of Peterborough, Shelley (Jan) Bucknell of Lakefield, Wendell Jr. (Joanne) McCue of Washago, and mother-in-law of Lori McCue (Mike Moffatt) of Curve Lake. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Ryan and Lindsey McCue, Britiney-Jo Moffatt, Ricky and Rory McDougall, Jordan, Bryden and Winonna McCue and Brent Bucknell, all of whom she cherished. Loving sister of Gloria J. Edwards of Peterborough and the late Frank W. Thomas of Cobourg. Loved and admired sister-in-law of Faye Koss and the late Elmer Koss of Manilla, Gary and Alice Edgar of Scugog First Nation, Bob and Bonnie Edgar of New Brunswick, Tony LaRocca and the late Valerie of Scugog First Nation; Aunt of ten nieces and nephews. A funeral service and celebration of Carol's life will be held on Saturday March 5, 2005 at 1:00 PM at the United Church, Curve Lake. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. Graveside interment to follow at Curve Lake Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the United Church Women's Group of Curve Lake as expressions of sympathy.
