BALAISIS, Lillian J. At P.R.H.C. Palliative Care on Friday, March 4, 2005, Lil Balaisis (Russell) of Peterborough in her 90th year. Wife of the late Charles Balaisis. Dear Mother of Diana and her husband Dale Grozelle of Big Cedar and Bill Foster and his wife Mikie of Woodview. Loving grandmother of Deanna, Donna, Debbie, Jacquie, Janet, Vic Jr., Lisa, Michael, and the late Valerie. Also survived by 26 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
