Obituary of Wendell Clayton McCUE

McCUE: Wendell Clayton Peacefully with his family present, at the P.R.H.C., Hospital Dr. site, on Monday March 7, 2005 in his 72nd year. Wendell McCue of Curve Lake has gone to be with his loving wife Carol. Sadly missed by his children Wendy (Rick) McDougall of Peterborough, Shelley (Jan) Bucknell of Lakefield, Wendell Jr. (Joanne) McCue of Washago. Dear father-in-law of Lori McCue (Mike Moffatt) of Curve Lake. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Ryan and Lindsey McCue, Britiney-Jo Moffatt, Ricky and Rory McDougall, Jordan, Bryden and Winonna McCue and Brent Bucknell. Lovingly remembered by his sister Faye Koss of Manilla, his brothers Gary Edgar (Alice) of Scugog First Nation, Bob Edgar (Bonnie) of New Brunswick, his brother-in-law Tony LaRocca of Scugog First Nation and his sister-in-law Gloria Edwards of Peterborough. Uncle of 10 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Doris McCue, his father George Edgar of Scugog First Nation, his grandmother Adeline (Dolly) McCue of Curve Lake, his dear son Brent, his sister Valerie and his brothers-in-law Elmer Koss and Frank Thomas. Friends may call at the CURVE LAKE CHURCH (today) Wednesday March 9th, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A celebration of Wendell's life will be held on from the church on Thursday March 10th, 2005 at 12:00 PM. Graveside interment to follow at Curve Lake Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Peterborough Sports Hall of Fame as expressions of sympathy.
