Obituary of John Alfred Gibson CLARKE

CLARKE: John Alfred Gibson Peacefully at the P.R.H.C., Hospital Dr. site on Tuesday July 26, 2005 in his 84th year. Son of the late John Clarke of the Gaspe, Quebec and Gladys Cayley of Toronto, stepson of Hugh Cartwright Cayley of Toronto. Predeceased by his wife Anna, with whom he spent many happy years at their home ""Crooked House"" on Clear Lake, and by his step-brother Hugh Cayley Jr. of Toronto. Survived by his sons Michael Hugh (Diane) of Barrie and Peter Lampman (Arletta) of Salt Spring Island, B.C., daughter Jennifer of Ottawa and grandson Matthew Alexander of Bradford. Also survived by his step-children Shelley, Martin and Jenny Coutley and Robert Curtin. A funeral service will be held at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield, on Saturday July 30, 2005 at 11:00 am. Rev. Peter Bishop officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to P.R.H.C. Foundation as expressions of sympathy.
