Obituary of George Joseph RAYMENT

RAYMENT: George Joseph Peacefully surrounded by family at the P.R.H.C. Palliative Care, after a six month battle with cancer. Survived by his wife of 59 years Joan (Woods) Rayment, sister Violet Hall, sister-in-law Marjorie Rayment, children Joyce Mann (Ron) of Bracebridge, Donald (Marlene), Diane (Norm), both of Kingston, Brenda (Peter), Gwen (Scott), both of Orillia, Bradley (Barb) of Midland and Brian (Karla) of Peterborough. Missed by grandchildren Cheryl, Dave & Rob of Bracebridge, Simon, Carla & Jillian, Allyson and Hannah of Kingston, Justin, Wesley, Joe, Beth and Katie of Midland, Mary of Bracebridge, Kassandra, Chantal, McKenzie, Breanna, Jeff and Jessica of Peterborough and great grandchildren Julian, Emma, Victoria, Kayden, Kyle, Nathan and James of Bracebridge. Predeceased by parents James & Lily Rayment, brothers James and Charles of Peterborough, sisters Paula, Mary, Kate, Mabel, Orva and Bella of Hamilton. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Wednesday April 5, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A memorial service will be held from the Hendren Chapel on Thursday April 6, 2006 at 1:00 PM. Please join the family for a reception at St. George's Anglican Church, Apsley.
