Obituary of Brian Thomas Ian McINTOSH

McINTOSH: Brian Thomas Ian Suddenly at his home on Wed. April 26, 2006, Brian McIntosh of Ennismore in his 56th year. Brian was a firefighter with the Peterborough Fire Department for 30 years and served his Department as Captain for many of those years. Brian loved carpentry and flying from an early age and had piloted planes since he was 20 years old. Loving husband of Shirley Ireland. Dear father of Dan of Peterborough and Catie of Buckhorn. Step-father of Dwayne Ireland of Peterborough and Deanna Edwards (Kevin) of Lakefield. Step-grandfather of Harley, Hayden, Ashley and Bailey. Brother of Evelyn Eaton (Ivan) & Lauren McIntosh (Gord Bedford) all of Niagara on the Lake and Uncle of Randy (Kim) Hague of St. Catharines & Cindy (Malcolm MacLeod) of Montreal. Also missed by his mother-in-law Grace Hill and sisters & brothers-in-law Sharon Wrightman (Gary) of Lakefield, Doug Hill (Linda) of Ennismore, Dwight Hill (Valerie) of Woodview & Tim Hill (Tracey) of Peterborough. Predeceased by his parents John & Gladys McIntosh. Friends may call at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield on Friday from 2-4:00 & 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service at the Lakefield United Church on Sat.
