HARTLEY: Dr. Jeffrey Merlin Passed away suddenly on August 9, 2006. Dr. Jeffrey Hartley of R. R. #3 Lakefield in his 42nd year. Born on July 12, 1965 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Beloved husband of Dr. Karen Smith of Lakefield. Dearly missed by his children Lyndon and Keira. Cherished son of Helen (Sellers) and Ronald Hartley of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Brother to Janet Gilbert (Barry) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Dana Hartley (Karen) of Sylvan Lake, Alberta and Christopher Hartley (Dr. Susan) of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Uncle to Jessica and Jamie Gilbert, Aaron, Daniel, Benton and Nicole Hartley. Private family arrangements have taken place at the HENDREN FUNERAL HOME, Lakefield.
