Obituary of Ane Thomas Vander Schaaf

VANDER SCHAAF, A. Thomas “Tom” Passed away at the P.R.H.C. with family by his side on Tuesday September 30, 2014. Tom Vander Schaaf of Apsley in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Smeenk). Cherished father of Larry (Catey) of Marmora and Christopher of Apsley. Loved and remembered by his grandchildren Nicole, Andrew, Natalie and Ben. Also remembered by his siblings Karl (Corrie), Herman (Marj), Clare Tigchelaar (John) and David (Nancy) and sister-in-law Shirley. Predeceased by his brother Sam. A memorial service will be held at The Apsley Community Chapel on Monday October 6, 2014 at 2:00 PM, with visitation to commence two hours prior to the service. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall of the Community Chapel. Memorial donations may be made to Every Home For Christ or the P.R.H.C. – Palliative Care Unit as expressions of sympathy.
