Dear Marion. Jim was my supervisor at thermoshell. Life changed for us all, when myself and many others transferred to our head office in Calgary. I think of him so often because he changed my life for the better. Each day I had paperwork for him to sign. I looked forward to our conversations so I left my paperwork until just before closing time. We so often talked and he praised me for working hard and my dedication. He was like a father figure to me. I was raising my two young daughters and he kept me positive and hopeful. He was so kind to me always made me feel appreciated and cared for. If I did something that didn't please him - he didn't hesitate to let me know. Since shell days I so often think about the best people in shell Canada, Jim and Doug Green. So often I find myself still talking about both of them. They each made such a difference in my myself and I will be forever grateful. I am so sorry for your loss and he always spoke so kindly and respectful of you. I will never forget when Vern's boys were killed and you and Jim took me under your wing at the funeral home. Jim told me that he figured I would need someone - he was right!!! I would love to hear from you Marion. I would like to know how you are doing. You have my e-mail address.
