Obituary of Arthur George Pilcher

Arthur Pilcher of Bobcaygeon passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the age of 91. Art was born in Toronto and served with the RCCS during WWII. Loving father to Paul of Bobcaygeon, Tom (Erin) of Victoria, BC and Donna of Sooke, BC. Grandfather to Andrew, Curtis and Kristy. Great grandfather of five. Brother to Edna (Wes) Newell and Ed (Marlene) Pilcher. Brother-in-law to Shirley Pilcher. Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his loving wife of 63 years Norma, sons Allen and Arthur Jr., and brother Frank. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, MONK CHAPEL, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon on Sunday November 9, 2014 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at Hendren Funeral Home, Monk Chapel on Monday November 10, 2014 at 11:30 AM with Rev. Bob Bettson officiating. Interment will follow in Verulam Cemetery.
