Linda was one of my best friends in high school. She was vibrant, loving, energetic, tremendous fun and had a brilliant smile that was alive with mischief. Not to mention stunningly beautiful. I've thot of her often over the years, thinking "one day I'm going to reconnect with that girl!" And now it's with deep sadness I realize I've missed a tremendous opportunity.

I am so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She was a wonderful colleague to me providing much support and encouragement to me professionally. I will always remember her support for the "Drive for 75" CMO's that I put forward as president of AMCTO - she took the lead and encouraged many Peterborough County municipal professionals to get their CMO's - she was an organized and driven leader - the municipal sector has lost a gem.

Rob and I were so sorry to hear today of Linda's passing. She has been an outstanding woman in the Douro Community for so many years as our children were growing up together at school and church. We remember the very first time we met Linda on our exciting canoe trip in 1980. We loved her straight away. She was fun and loved life!!! This is such an incredibly difficult and sad time. I remember Linda as a fellow High school student in Lakefield. She was vivacious, popular, athletic and humorous. When I reconnected with her years later I found her so devoted to her family, friends and community. She was so warm and affectionate, willing to share her love for life with those around her.
