Obituary of Frederick "Fred" Joseph Post

POST: Frederick Joseph “Fred” Passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday January 8, 2015. Fred Post of Bobcaygeon, formerly of Alberta in his 64th year. Sadly missed by his sons Frederick Post Jr. (Nichole Malinowski) of St. Albert, Alberta, Sean Post of Edmonton and Rocky Post (Mira Klimek) of Edmonton. Fred is also missed by his grandchildren Ethan, Alyssa, Aidan, Kayla, Tiffany, Alisha, Hunter, Cameron, Alexis, Harley and by ex-wife Beth Laface of St. Albert, Alberta. Lovingly remembered by his siblings Lucille Joss (Paul) of Campbellford, Frank Post of Campbellford, Garth Post (Margaret) of Bobcaygeon, Reg Post (Annette) of Gananoque and Dorothy Wright (Howard) of Brockville. Survived by his uncle Rock Post of Belleville and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Pete and Marjorie Post. A funeral service will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES – MONK CHAPEL, 6 Helen St., Bobcaygeon on Tuesday January 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society as expressions of sympathy.
