Obituary of Ruth Yvonne Garbutt

GARBUTT, Ruth Yvonne Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Mapleview Retirement Residence, Norwood on Tuesday March 31, 2015. Ruth (nee Johnston) of Lakefield in her 95th year. Loving wife of the late Wellie Garbutt (2010) and dear mother of the late Jim (1976). Beloved Aunt Ruthie to five generations of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Veronica, Mary (Hugh), Doreen (Bill), brother Bernie (Della) and sister-in-law Etta (Cy). Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Tuesday April 7, 2015 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church, Lakefield on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM. A reception will follow in St. Paul’s Parish Hall.
