Obituary of Kenneth "Ken" Wilford

WILFORD, Kenneth “Ken” Dedicated employee of the KPRDSB and 35 year member of the Asphodel-Norwood Fire Department. Suddenly on Thursday April 9, 2015. Ken Wilford of Norwood at the age of 61. Cherished husband of 39 years to Christina (nee Andrews). Dad will always be loved and remembered by his daughters Andrea Wilford (Brad Torrens) and Kendra Sedgwick (Ryan) all of Norwood. Loving papa of Addyson, Lilianna and Chloe. Also loved and remembered by his siblings Ron (Susan), Dave, Michael, Bob (Laurie), Mary Ellen Sherwin (Bob) and Pat (Donna), sisters-in-law Lorraine Radford (Paul), Wylanne Curry (Denton) and brother-in-law Rod Andrews (Shirley), all of their families and also by Cindy Wilford. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Helen Wilford. Relatives and friends are invited to call at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, NORWOOD CHAPEL , 36 Queen Street, Norwood on Wednesday April 15, 2015 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM and on Thursday April 16, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at the Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre, 88 Alma Street, Norwood on Friday April 17, 2015 at 1:00 PM. Reception to follow.
