Obituary of Bernard Mansell

MANSELL: Bernard “Barney” Passed away suddenly at the P.R.H.C. on Monday June 1, 2015. Barney Mansell of Buckhorn in his 72nd year. Barney worked for the Ontario Government in Apprenticeship and Trades Development for many years. Loved and missed by his wife of 49 years, Jane Mansell (Hawken). Lovingly remembered by his sons Raymond (Karen) of Brampton and Michael (Phyllis) of Walnut Creek, California. Dear grandfather of Caden, Cameron and Owen. Survived by his sister Mary Mansell and sister-in-law June Mansell, both of England, brother-in-law Bill Hawken (Judy) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, sister Winnifred and brothers Joseph, John and Paul. A Celebration of Barney’s Life will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES, LAKEFIELD CHAPEL on Friday June 5, 2015 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of one’s choice as expressions of sympathy.
