Obituary of Rosalind Barker

BARKER: Rosalind On Wednesday July 15, 2015, peacefully, at Canterbury Gardens, Peterborough, Rosalind Barker of Lakefield in her 80th year. Beloved wife of John. Mother of Randal (Loralie) of Perth, Western Australia, Piers (Kirsten) of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Crispin of Berkeley, California. Grandmother of Max, Zoë and Hugo, Weston and Reid. Born in the United States, Rosalind taught English at Victoria College, University of Toronto, and then for 27 years at Lakefield College School where she was also Director of University Guidance. A private funeral service will be held at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Lakefield, followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery.
